The Raspberry Pi NVMe SSD is a solid-state storage module designed for use with Raspberry Pi 5 through its PCIe interface as an alternative to microSD storage. It features a capacity of 256 GB or 512 GB and uses an M.2 NVMe interface compatible with a single-lane PCIe 2.0 bus. The drive delivers up to 40K IOPS for 4 KB random read and up to 70K IOPS for 4 KB random write operations.
