Unmodified products return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to arrange a return for any unused and unmodified items purchased within 14 days.
Modified product return policy
In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will return or exchange the item(s) as needed.
If the part you received has manufacturer error, has failed due to defective materials, or does not match the specifications on our website, we will return or exchange the item(s) purchased within 14 days.
General Return Guidelines
Returns must include any accessories, documentation, etc, included with the product.
Please do not remove, desolder, or otherwise modify any connected items before contacting Voltaat Support.
Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we do not guarantee eligibility for modified items.
Returns may take up to 1 week to process, not including transit times.
Replacement orders can not be modified to include different parts.
In the event that your return is not received in restockable condition, we reserve the right to change your refund method to store credit only.
Returns must include the invoice. The confirmation email works as well, in case an invoice was not requested by you during the checkout process.
Pickup of returned items will be arranged for free at one of our free-delivery locations. For other locations, a fee equal to the delivery fee of that region may apply.
