Description
The MLX90614 is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor designed for accurate object and ambient temperature measurement. It integrates an IR thermopile sensor, low-noise amplifier, 17-bit ADC, and DSP inside a TO-39 package for stable and precise readings. Operating at 3–5 V with I2C communication, the breakout board allows easy integration with microcontrollers. It supports a wide sensing range from −70 °C to 380 °C while maintaining reliable performance in harsh environments. This sensor is suitable for embedded systems, automation, and thermal monitoring applications.
