The LM393 IR Speed Sensor Module is a digital optical sensing unit designed for motor speed measurement, pulse counting, and position limit detection. It utilizes a 5 mm slot-type infrared optocoupler and an LM393 comparator to generate a clean digital output signal (0/1) compatible with microcontroller I/O. Operating from 3.3–5 V, the module provides stable waveform output with driving capability above 15 mA. The onboard status LED indicates output state, and the PCB measures 32 × 14 mm with a mounting hole for secure installation. It can interface directly with controllers, relays, limit switches, and alarm modules.
