The DFRobot micro micro I/O Expansion Board is a compact interface board designed to expand the connectivity of micro projects. It provides six Gravity 3-pin ports for direct connection of compatible sensors, servos, and other electronic modules. The board supports 3.3 V analog input and selectable 3.3 V/5 V output on Pins 8, 12, and 16, with external Micro USB power supporting up to 5 V and 2 A. Its 68.5 × 53.3 mm form factor matches the micro footprint and includes spring-loaded contacts, reverse-connection protection, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It is suitable for educational electronics, robotics, sensor-based systems, automation prototypes, and STEM projects.
Note: The mounting screws should be well tightened to ensure a secured connection. micro:Mate supports only 3V (3.3V) analog input from Pin 0, Pin 1, and Pin 2. The Micro USB power port on the expansion board provides power only and cannot be used for data transmission. Components with large power consumption should be connected to Pin 8, Pin 12, or Pin 16 with a 5V power supply.
