The 9 DOF (L3GD20H+LSM303DLHC) IMU Breakout I2C Module integrates a 3-axis gyroscope (L3GD20H) with a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis magnetometer (LSM303DLHC) on a single board, providing nine degrees of motion and orientation sensing. It communicates via I2C using only two wires, supporting 16-bit resolution per axis for gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer readings. Operating at 3.3–5 V with a supply current of 8 mA, it features selectable measurement ranges: ±245/500/2000 °/s for the gyro, ±2/4/6/8/16 g for the accelerometer, and ±2/4/8/12 gauss for the magnetometer. This module is suitable for robotics, navigation, motion tracking, and embedded sensor systems, offering compact size, low power consumption, and compatibility with standard microcontrollers.
