The UV Light Sensor Module is designed for measuring ultraviolet radiation intensity in sunlight. It is based on the GUVA-S12SD UV photodiode and detects wavelengths from 240 nm to 370 nm, covering UVB and most UVA radiation. The module includes an onboard operational amplifier that converts the photodiode’s nano-ampere signal into a stable analog voltage output. Operating from 3.3 V to 5.5 V, it can be directly connected to microcontroller ADC inputs for reliable UV index monitoring. Ideal for environmental sensing, wearable devices, and outdoor monitoring applications.
