Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 is the latest standard camera module designed for Raspberry Pi computers and vision-based applications. It is built around a 12-megapixel Sony IMX708 image sensor and introduces improved low-light sensitivity, powered autofocus, and HDR image support. The module delivers consistent image quality with enhanced color range and contrast while maintaining reliable operation with Raspberry Pi software. This version uses a standard lens with a 76° field of view and connects via the MIPI CSI interface. It is suitable for computer vision projects, monitoring systems, and educational imaging applications.
