The MQ-5 Methane LPG Gas Sensor Module is designed for detecting combustible gases such as methane, LPG, propane, and natural gas in residential and industrial environments. It is based on a tin dioxide (SnO2) sensing element that changes conductivity according to gas concentration. The module features both analog and digital outputs with an onboard potentiometer for adjustable sensitivity and a built-in buzzer for audible leak indication. Built for stable operation at 5V DC, it ensures reliable gas detection performance. Ideal for gas leakage alarms, safety systems, and embedded monitoring projects.
