IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module

The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module (HCMODU0083) is a compact breakout board designed to switch DC loads using low-voltage digital control signals.
It integrates an IRF520 N-channel MOSFET with screw terminals for easy connection to external loads and power supplies.
The module supports input control from logic-level voltages and can switch load voltages from 0 V to 24 V with currents up to approximately 5 A.
