The H2C's Vortek Hotend Change System swaps between up to six induction-heated hotends on one side, plus a dedicated hotend on the other, giving you up to seven colors or materials in a single print — without the filament-swap purge blocks that usually pile up on multi-material jobs. Nozzles heat in about 8 seconds, so hotend changes barely register as a pause.
Available in 10W or 40W laser configurations
The Laser Full Combo ships with your choice of a 10W or 40W solid-state blue laser (≈455 nm), so you can match the machine to the job. The 10W module handles engraving and light cutting — paper, thin plastics, vinyl, leather — while the 40W module cuts deeper and faster through materials like basswood plywood and acrylic, making it the better fit for production-volume cutting work. Both configurations include Micro Lidar height sensing, visual laser positioning, and Air Assist for clean, precise cuts, plus a dedicated cutting module with pen holder for vinyl-style cutting and drawing.
Extrusion that adjusts as it prints
A PMSM servo extruder delivers up to 10 kg of extrusion force — 70% more than a stepper motor — while sampling resistance and position at 20 kHz to catch filament grinding or clogs in real time.
Precision that holds over time
The Vision Encoder gives the H2C motion accuracy under 50 µm, independent of travel distance, and automatically compensates for mechanical drift as the machine ages — so calibration doesn't decay the way it does on most FDM printers.
Built for high-performance materials
A 65 °C actively heated chamber and 350 °C nozzles minimize warping and improve layer adhesion on engineering filaments, and an AI-backed camera system keeps watch on the print throughout the job.
